Refund policy

At Bobon, I strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with my handmade crochet products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review the following return policy:

Return Period: You can return your product within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions:

1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
3. I reserve the right to refuse returned items if they are used, worn, damaged, or incomplete.

How to Return:

1. Contact me within 7 days of receipt at objectbobon@gmail.com to initiate your return.
2. Send the product back to the return address I will provide after your return request.
3. The cost and responsibility for return shipping are your responsibility unless the item is damaged due to a manufacturing error.

Refunds: Accepted returns will be issued as store credit. Cash refunds are not available. The refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected, within 7 business days of its arrival back at my workshop.
